Banchani secured funding to expand into the LA market (we're hiring sales agents)! What a huge year it is for our company. On top of that, we signed an official partnership with Otter.

What started as a small side hustle in 2023 helping a local restaurant with their marketing has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined. Banchani has had the privilege of working with clients throughout the Puget Sound region, spanning from Federal Way to Bellingham and even venturing across the water to Bremerton by ferry. What began as a one-person effort has now grown into an amazing team of sales agents, support reps, social media specialists, and operations staff, all working together to make it happen.

We’ve been working with Otter since the very beginning, helping restaurants streamline their delivery platforms, boost efficiency, and recover lost revenue. Now with our official partnership, we’re thrilled to roll out their new POS system, providing restaurants with a seamless way to manage both online and in-store operations. Alongside Otter, we’re also leveraging AI to enhance marketing strategies, automate workflows, and help our clients operate more efficiently.

This journey has been humbling, wild, so rewarding, and this is just the beginning. We’re planning to expand into more regions in the coming years and we can’t wait to keep growing with our clients.
